Additional information:

Signed Contract and 1/3 non-refundable retainer fee due for official booking and reservations

Final balance to be paid 1 week prior to the event

Travel Fee starting at $225 will be added for events that require travel over 45 min

Additional Hours can be added for $379/hour at time of booking or $429/hour on the day of the event

25% package price increase for events held on a holiday weekend

Bent Events follows most venue and noise ordinance event cut off times of 11 PM

*Step Fee/Load-In Fee of $300 includes, but is not limited to the following venues: Arbor Crest, CDA Resort Terrace, Chateau Rive, Settler’s Creek*
